I made these cinnamon scrolls on Friday evening, based on the ones in my new favourite cookbook. I substituted wholemeal for 3/4 of the white flour specified, used 1/4 of the amount of sugar and 4 times the amount of cinnamon in the filling, and I am completely in love.
These little babies have stayed chewy, moist and perfectly delightful all weekend. I am already dreaming of making these weekly, possibly adding some stewed apples in the next batch?
